5. Email Account Integration

When you connect your email account (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) to Milo, you grant us permission to:

• Access your email account to send emails on your behalf
• Read email metadata necessary for reply tracking and campaign management
• Store and manage email tokens securely

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any email account you connect to our service. You can disconnect your email account at any time through the settings page.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

Milo offers both free and paid subscription plans. The features and limitations of each plan are detailed on our pricing page.

• Free plans may have limitations on the number of campaigns, emails, or features available
• Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

7. Data and Privacy
